After we certify that your trust account records are in compliance with the Real Estate Commission rules and regulations, you may elect to join the Spot Inspection Protection Plan. Under this plan, we will review your books twice a year and represent you for free before the Commission should any dispute arise concerning those trust accounts. ​ For $2,000/year, this plan ensures that your books are in perfect order. We'll schedule two audits with you each year, with the promise that our lawyers will represent you gratis before the Commission regarding any trust account matter.
