A graduate of Vanderbilt University and Tulane Law School, Pamela Vesper began her career by providing legal counsel to the government on issues of federal and state law, and handled complex litigation on behalf of the state of North Carolina.
After serving as Special Projects Counsel in the Securities Division for the North Carolina Secretary of State, Pam joined the NC Real Estate Commission, where she spent more than 14 years as a legal expert and educator. In addition to prosecuting disciplinary matters before the Commission and investigating complex real estate fraud cases, Pam was selected to teach N.C. General Statutes and administrative code to Brokers-in-Charge classes across the state. She was named Investigator of the Year by the Association of Real Estate License Law Organizations.
Pam is a licensing and CE instructor for NC real estate brokers. Additionally, she obtained a teaching certificate from Duke University for English as a Second Language instruction. She has taught for Wake Tech and has served as a volunteer teacher for the Literacy Council of North Carolina and as a reader for the blind through the Triangle Radio Reading Service.
In her spare time, she loves to work on her '56 Ford Fairlane and ride her motorcyle on the backroads.
A graduate of Wake Forest University and Wake Forest University School of Law, Adam Stallings immediately entered private practice where he gained valuable experience litigating civil cases before judges and juries across Eastern North Carolina.
After fighting for individuals in the private sector, Adam joined the NC Real Estate Commission where he served as Chief Deputy Legal Counsel beginning in 2011. There, Adam litigated disciplinary cases before the board, argued cases in Superior Court on behalf of the Commission, advised consumers and brokers on the License Law, Commission rules, and real estate transactions generally, and served as the Commission’s employment law attorney.
In addition, Adam is a highly regarded speaker, having presented to numerous groups and associations across the state on topics ranging from fraud, hydraulic fracturing "fracking", license law issues, and mortgage fraud.
Adam has tried cases involving construction law, real estate disputes, professional malpractice, family law, and personal injury matters. When he's not working, Adam enjoys surf fishing from any sandy spot along the North Carolina coast.
